A Church You Can Call Home

ImageWelcome to the online ministry of Valley Baptist Church of Oswego, Illinois. We are an Independent, Fundamental, Bible Believing Baptist Church located in Kendall County—one of the fastest growing counties in America. We minister to the greater Aurora, Illinois area, including Oswego, Plainfield, Yorkville, Plano, Sandwich, Montgomery, and Naperville.

If you live in the area or are just passing through, please visit us at one of our many preaching and teaching services throughout the week. Enjoy the resources and information on our website, and please let us know if we can be of any help to you.

September 13 - Farmtastic
Image Saturday, September 13th, our youth group will be participating in the annual Farmtastic event near Rochelle, IL. At Farmtastic you can expect teenagers to have a ton of fun playing games and hearing great preaching in a 10 acre field that has been transformed into a one-day action-packed ministry activity! The guest speaker this year is Mr. Rand Hummell from the Wilds. Get signed up right away - see Bro. Wayne for more details.

September 13 - Mens Golf Outing
Image Valley Baptist Church will participate in the 8th annual Midwest Christian Golf Outing (MCGO) at Manteno, IL. This is a great time of fellowship with men from other area Baptist Churches. We will play 18 holes of golf and have a devotional service followed by a delicious steak dinner. Each golfer will receive a complimentary gift and a photograph of their foursome to take home. If you are a golfer don't miss it this event.

September 20 - Church Picnic
Image Our annual church wide picnic will be held on Saturday, September 20th from noon until 5 PM. Each family is encouraged to bring a dish to pass and a desert. The Church will furnish hot dogs, hamburgers, paper plates, cups and dining ware. We will have games for the adults and children including a bouncing room for the smaller kids. This is always a lot of fun - don't miss it. Photos from the picnic last year.
